2025 Social Media Golf Tournament Flier

Hellam Township is accepting bids for Paving Materials. Sealed bids must be received by 10:15AM, on April 17, 2025, and will be opened at 10:30AM at the office of Hellam Township, located at 35 Walnut Springs Road York, PA 17406. Questions concerning the Bid Contracts shall be directed in writing to the attention of Township Manager Corina Mann, via email: cmann@hellamtownship.gov. Hellam Township reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids. Please search "Bid Documents 2025" in our website search bar for the Bid Contracts documents and more information. Dear Community partner,
We are reaching out to local businesses looking for sponsors and donations for our upcoming 2nd annual Pars4Paws Golf Tournament! The proceeds from this tournament go towards maintaining and expanding our K-9 program here at Hellam Township Police Department. Our canines, Cerberus and Sage, do a great deal for our community and we want to continue to provide the best for them.

Our golf tournament is funded by generous sponsors, who will receive slots in the tournament, freebies, and advertising at the event in exchange for their contribution. We also hold a raffle after the tournament, and are looking for donations of various prizes. These can include gift cards, gift baskets, or anything you think players may like to make a bid on!

If you are interested in being a sponsor, please fill out the sponsor sheet. If you are interested in donating monetarily or providing a raffle item, please fill out the donation sheet. Finally, if you are interested in signing up for the tournament, please fill out the player sign-up sheet.
