The Tri-Town Commons is located at 68 Walnut Springs Road—formerly a FEMA trailer that used to house the Kreutz Creek Library— This unique space has been thoughtfully repurposed and remodeled into a dynamic multi-use venue.

Thanks to grant funding, this updated space is now perfect for birthday parties, business meetings, fundraisers, craft nights, and more!

Rental Details:

• Residents: $100/day
• Non-residents: $200/day
• $100 security deposit required
• Additional cleaning fees may apply
