Sealed bids must be received by 10:15AM, on April 17, 2025, and will be opened at 10:30AM at the office of Hellam Township, located at 35 Walnut Springs Road York, PA 17406. Questions concerning the Bid Contracts shall be directed in writing to the attention of Township Manager Corina Mann, via email: cmann@hellamtownship.gov. How do I pay a citation?

To pay traffic citations, non-traffic citations for a “minor” criminal offense and violations of statues and local ordinances, you must contact the local District Magistrate’s office.
