We’re thrilled to announce that Hellam Township’s new community-use space will officially be available for rentals starting June 2, 2025! Located in the Hellam Township Municipal Complex, at 44 Walnut Springs Road—formerly a FEMA trailer that used to house the Kreutz Creek Library— This unique space has been thoughtfully repurposed and remodeled into a dynamic multi-use venue.

Thanks to grant funding, this updated space is now perfect for birthday parties, business meetings, fundraisers, craft nights, and more!

Rental Details:

• Residents: $100/day
• Non-residents: $200/day
• Additional refundable security deposit & cleaning fees apply
• First come, first serve! Call 717-434-1300 to book

We want your input! Share your name ideas by posting on social media and tagging @hellam_township_admin with the hashtag #hellamhappy. You can also email your suggestions to events@hellamtownship.gov or put it in our lobby’s suggestion box. The official name will be announced at an upcoming Board of Supervisors meeting.
